The truth is; so many people feel this way, you’re not alone! And that’s why I’m here. I’ve been where you are now and I’ve navigated my way through. I’ve also guided the way for many others and I want to do the same for you.
Over the last 12 years, I have worked with thousands of people teaching them how to move up the Mental Fitness Continuum. Typically I’ve done this in larger group settings but now, for the first time, I’m proudly offering a one-to-one, six-month mentorship program specifically tailored for people like you.
By mapping out your unique path I will equip you with the tools, perspective and insight to confidently move up the Mental Fitness Continuum and create a more fulfilled, content and demonstrably happier life.

Format.
- Fortnightly One-on-One Zoom Calls
The bulk of our work will be done through our scheduled one-hour Zoom calls, once every two weeks.
Each session will have an outline, a goal, recommended reading and follow-up discussion.
- Monthly Group Mastermind Sessions (optional)
There is an old African proverb; ‘If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far then go together.’ Every month we will have a scheduled call with a small group of others doing the same work as you. With a focus on connection and helping each other move forward these group calls can offer shared insight to really help propel you on your journey.
- Whatsapp / Email / Messaging
I will also be available to you so that you can ask any additional questions about your progress outside of our scheduled calls.
- Goal Accountability
Being accountable is a huge marker of success in a program like this and periodic check-ins will help keep you accountable and heading up the continuum.
Jimi Hunt’s teachings have made tangible, positive, meaningful change in my life. He has filtered down years of research into practical tools that I use every day. Our sessions will be designed around where you’re at now and where you want to go. We will literally be getting together for no other purpose than to help you grow and move towards your desired goals.
Having said that, there are some standard practices that I will be guiding you through to help you achieve those goals and, depending on where you are at, we will tailor them to your six-month program to allow you to move ahead as fast as possible.
I have turned to Jimi across an array of situations for direction; love life, general wellbeing, work and have always come away with great revelations and understanding to tackle them with. I very often apply guidance I’ve received from Jimi to the smallest of matters when needing a perspective shift and what I love most is how darn SIMPLE it’s made to be. Extremely grateful to have such a wise mentor, how reliable he is is definitely a bonus too – even when halfway across the world!
